Yesterday, I started off by heading out to an appraisal in Collinsville, Texas. I left the house around 8:30 AM, driving from Carrollton, TX. On the way, I saw longhorns and classic cars. After I completed the appraisal, I stopped by a restaurant called “Pirate Island”. This restaurant stood out to me because it had all kinds of memorabilia and every soda flavor you can imagine. I ordered a pizza and a coke. The servers were kind, and I enjoyed eating there and looking at all the nostalgic pictures. Next time I go there, I will definitely try a random soda flavor. I noticed the burgers were a popular choice among the other people who were there, as well as the ice cream soda floats.
When I stepped out of the restaurant, I was pleased to see a vintage classic car. It felt refreshing to drink a cold soda after this appraisal inspection. I highly recommend Pirate Island to anyone who visits Collinsville.
