With more than seven years of experience in real estate, Victor Cornejo has built a distinguished career across multiple facets of the industry. His journey began shortly after high school when he earned his real estate license while pursuing a Bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine. As a Director of Housing in property management, he gained valuable experience traveling across the United States, training Housing Directors and enhancing his understanding of the real estate landscape.

Victor later earned a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from Trinity Law School, which further solidified his ability to navigate complex real estate matters. His transition into real estate appraising, under the mentorship of a Certified General Appraiser in the DFW area, laid the foundation for co-founding Appraisal Brothers.

Victor’s background in legal studies, combined with his hands-on experience, has made him a trusted expert in offering services such as home measurements, pre-listing/pre-purchase appraisals, and complex assignments like litigation, divorce, and bail bond appraisals. As a Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, he oversees a team of skilled appraisers and ensures top-quality service delivery to clients across the DFW Metroplex. Joshua Cornejo – Co-Founder & Certified Residential Appraiser

Growing up within the real estate industry, Joshua Cornejo was naturally drawn to the analytical and detail-oriented world of property appraising. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master’s in Legal Studies from Trinity Law School, Joshua’s educational background seamlessly complemented his professional path.

Before co-founding Appraisal Brothers, Joshua gained valuable experience as a Real Estate Appraiser under the mentorship of a USPAP Certified Instructor. His hands-on training across various property types and appraisal assignments helped shape his expertise. He later served as a Class I Residential Real Estate Appraiser at the Dallas Central Appraisal District for Dallas County, where he became well-versed in Mass Appraisal methods, data collection, market trend analysis, property inspections, and managing appeals.

As a co-owner and Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, Joshua brings a wealth of experience in appraising everything from luxury homes to complex estates. He offers specialized services like tax appeal appraisals, measurement services, and rush appraisals to meet the unique needs of each client.
