Real estate has been my passion and profession for over seven years. I embarked on this journey right after high school, earning my real estate license while pursuing a Bachelor's in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine. As a Director of Housing in property management, I traveled across the US, training Housing Directors and gaining invaluable insights into the real estate landscape. Later, I earned a Master's Degree in Legal Studies from Trinity Law School. My path in real estate led me to the specialized domain of real estate appraising. Under the mentorship of a Certified General Appraiser, I honed my skills in the DFW area before co-founding Appraisal Brothers. Having started as a real estate agent, I've built a robust network within the industry, benefiting a wide range of clients, including investors, agents, sellers, and buyers. My ability to offer services like home measurements and pre-listing/pre-purchase appraisals empowers clients to make informed real estate decisions. As a Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, I've conducted complex appraisals across diverse categories, from litigation to divorce, and bail bonds. My legal studies background has equipped me with the precision needed to navigate intricate appraisal assignments, ensuring clients receive quality appraisal services. In addition to my direct appraisal work, I oversee a dedicated team of appraisers serving clients in the expansive DFW Metroplex region. This role underscores our commitment to delivering excellence in real estate appraising. I'm passionate about helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate with confidence and precision.

Before co-founding Appraisal Brothers, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and a Master's in Legal Studies at Trinity Law School. Growing up within the real estate industry, I was drawn to the analytical and detail-oriented world of appraising, which set the stage for my professional journey. Following the completion of my Bachelor's degree, I began as a Real Estate Appraiser for an appraisal company under the mentorship of a USPAP Certified Instructor, gaining hands-on experience across various property types and assignments. With this experience I began my role as a Class I Residential Real Estate Appraiser at the Dallas Central Appraisal District for Dallas County. In this capacity, I became well versed in Mass Appraisal methods, such as data collection and interpretation, market trends, conducting property inspections, and managing appeals. My dedication to the appraisal industry led to the start of Appraisal Brothers, where I serve as Co-Owner and Certified Residential Appraiser. With experience in appraising a range of properties, from luxury homes to complex estates, I offer specialized services to meet our clients' unique needs, including tax appeal appraisals, measurement services, and rush appraisals. Additionally, I ensure that Appraisal Brothers utilizes the latest technology to deliver a quality product to all of our clients and to maintain a presence through our various social media channels and accounts.

Before joining Appraisal Brothers, I worked for a mortgage company as a senior loan processor, gaining insightful knowledge about the mortgage industry. In my previous position, I managed a team of loan processors. My professional goal was to ensure that our clients’ loan process was stress-free, and their expectations were exceeded. This leadership experience allowed for a seamless transition into the appraisal industry. At Appraisal Brothers, I ensure that the operations are running efficiently, new business relationships are being acquired, new appraisers are onboarded, and, most importantly, we are exceeding our clients' expectations with our exceptional communication skills. The appraisal industry, like the mortgage sector, demands a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial processes. Drawing from my background in mortgage processing, I bring a unique perspective to the appraisal industry. Furthermore, my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California State University Channel Islands has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles. I understand the importance of employing different business process management methods to target business growth, which is directly applicable to our operations at Appraisal Brothers. Streamlining our processes, enhancing our client relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are integral aspects of my role in the company

I am a dedicated and experienced appraiser with a passion for real estate, backed by a degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. My venture into the appraisal profession began in El Paso, Texas, where I learned the nuances of the field working alongside grandfather, an experienced real estate appraiser. Building upon this invaluable experience, I transitioned into working as a trainee under a certified residential appraiser specializing in luxury homes in the DFW area, gaining expertise in appraising various property types. My professional journey continued at the Bexar Central Appraisal District in San Antonio, where I explored the complexities of commercial mass appraisal. In this role, I became knowledgeable in managing ARB protests. This dynamic field required a deep understanding of property valuation methodologies and market trends. Moreover, I collaborated closely with a team of seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encouraged the exchange of knowledge and innovative approaches to appraisal challenges. Following my experience in commercial appraising, I joined Appraisal Brothers in Dallas, where I took on the role of a licensed residential appraiser. At Appraisal Brothers, I honed my expertise in residential property appraisal, ensuring the delivery of accurate and detailed appraisals to our clients. Working collaboratively with a dedicated team, I actively contributed to the company's mission of providing a blend of comprehensive knowledge, negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach and high-quality residential home appraisals.
