As Co-Owner and Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, Victor Cornejo brings a dedicated career spanning over nine years in the real estate industry. His strong academic foundation includes both a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Master's in Legal Studies.

Victor honed his appraisal skills in the DFW area under the direct mentorship of a Certified General Appraiser, establishing him as an expert in the local market. His expertise extends to assisting a diverse clientele, providing essential services like home measurements, pre-listing appraisals, and pre-purchase appraisals for various needs, including those of agents, investors, and attorneys.

Victor is specifically responsible for overseeing complex appraisal assignments and ensuring the delivery of highest quality services to all Appraisal Brothers' clients.

Joshua Cornejo, MNAA

Co-Owner / Certified Residential Appraiser

As Co-Owner and Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, Joshua Cornejo combines a robust academic background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's in Legal Studies, with practical expertise in real estate appraisal.

His journey began with mentorship under a USPAP Certified Instructor, followed by gaining valuable insights as a Class I Residential Real Estate Appraiser at the Dallas Central Appraisal District. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in mass appraisal methods, market trends, and property analysis.

Joshua is committed to delivering specialized services—from tax appeal appraisals to measurement services—and ensures Appraisal Brothers utilizes the latest technology for precise valuations and a streamlined client process.

Lyla Cruz

Director of Operations

Lyla Cruz serves as the Director of Operations at Appraisal Brothers, where she champions operational excellence and client satisfaction.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business from California State University Channel Islands and valuable experience as a senior loan processor, Lyla has a proven track record in team leadership and process management. She is instrumental in cultivating new business relationships, onboarding talent, and driving the company's commitment to outstanding communication and a superior client experience. Lyla also oversees the quality control department, ensuring that each appraisal report meets the firm’s high standards for accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
